  • Boneless Pork Leg Roast: (3+lb)This is my absolute favourite for a Sunday roast. It comes out incredibly tender and juicy, and the crackling is so amazing we usually end up fighting over it!

  • Pork Belly:(approx 1lb) This is such a rare treat. I make a 30-minute crispy pork belly, which is out of this world delicious when dipped in a sweet chilli sauce - omg it is’s one of my favourite dishes. You can also try your hand at making panchetta, and let’s not forget the BBQ favourite, burnt ends!

  • Ground Pork: (approx 1.5lb) This is an essential in my kitchen! It's such a versatile ingredient. I use it for everything from quick weeknight meat sauces and homemade meatballs to stir fries and savoury sausage rolls.

  • Pork Cutlets: (approx 1lb) When I need a delicious meal in a hurry, I often reach for cutlets for stir fries or I just pan-sear them. They're quick, thin, and always turn out tender and full of flavour.
