You will get approx 35lb meat depending on how you have it cut and wrapped for $355

Cost is $7.10/lb based on hanging weight Sides are usually 50lb hanging - skinless and headless.

Price includes the processing fees for basic cut and wrap and delivery to Regina and Saskatoon pick up points (ask about other areas)

Optional extras are

SIDE BACON $8

Half leg smoked ham or gammon $15

breakfast sausage $4.50/lb

dinner sausage $3.50/lb

Extra Ground pork/British bacon can be made - ask me about the extra cost for these
