Pork & shrimp burgers with Quick Asian Slaw

Ingredients

  • 1lb ground Berkshire pork

  • 12 oz raw shrimp minced

  • 2 cloves garlic grated

  • 1 tablespoons chopped ginger

  • 1 plain rice cake crushed

  • 2 Tbsp toasted sesame oil

  • 2 Tbsp soy sauce

  • 1 Tbsp cornstarch

Quick Asian Slaw

  • 1/4 Napa Cabbage, shredded

  • 1 medium carrot

  • 1/2 apple, grated

  • 1/4 cup white wine vinegar

  • 1 Tbsp sugar

  • 1 tsp chilli flakes

Pork & Shrimp Burger Instructions

  1. Mix cornstarch with Soy sauce

  2. Add to the rest of the ingredients. Mix well and let sit in fridge for 10 - 15 mins

  3. Form into patties and grill over medium heat - until internal temp is 160 degrees F

Quick Asian Slaw Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients together

Serve burgers on soft rolls.
