Ingredients
- 12 oz raw shrimp minced 
- 2 cloves garlic grated 
- 1 tablespoons chopped ginger 
- 1 plain rice cake crushed 
- 2 Tbsp toasted sesame oil 
- 2 Tbsp soy sauce 
- 1 Tbsp cornstarch 
Quick Asian Slaw
- 1/4 Napa Cabbage, shredded 
- 1 medium carrot 
- 1/2 apple, grated 
- 1/4 cup white wine vinegar 
- 1 Tbsp sugar 
- 1 tsp chilli flakes 
Pork & Shrimp Burger Instructions
- Mix cornstarch with Soy sauce 
- Add to the rest of the ingredients. Mix well and let sit in fridge for 10 - 15 mins 
- Form into patties and grill over medium heat - until internal temp is 160 degrees F 
Quick Asian Slaw Instructions
- Mix all ingredients together 
Serve burgers on soft rolls.
